Backup
Download everything as a JSON file. Your live data is stored in the cloud (Supabase) and shared across devices — this is an extra offline copy for your records.
Import / Migrate
Import a JSON backup (e.g. from your old v4.2 app) into the cloud. This replaces all current cloud data and syncs to every device.

Used to auto-create a draft invoice when a dog is picked up. Leave at 0 to have staff fill in the amount each time.
About
Users
Only an admin can add or remove staff here — this is the only way to grant access, so no one can create their own account. Staff actions are recorded in Data → User Logs. Users with a PIN must enter it to sign in.

Working hours
Bookings can only be made within these hours. Clients can't request outside them; staff can override with a logged reason.
Text notifications (SMS)
Text clients via Twilio — welcome, booking approved/declined, and check-in. Requires the Twilio setup (see the SMS setup guide). Each client can opt out on their profile, and clients can reply STOP anytime.
Cloud connection
The Supabase project this app connects to. Saved on this device and used automatically every time it opens — no need to re-enter it. The anon public key is safe to store here; never paste the service_role secret.
⚠️ Danger zone
Permanently delete all clients, dogs, bookings, invoices and requests — useful for clearing the sample data before you go live. Your staff, business settings and login are kept, and the samples won't come back. This cannot be undone, so export a backup first if unsure.
